Pretty sure Fyreflyte already stated that DPS procs aren't supposed to stack. The STR not stacking is probably a side effect from this. The jewel is already ridiculously good with this not stacking.

Most abilities except for a few like Hurricane and avoid other buffs. Also, it's 20% increase, so a weapon with a 10% proc would be 12% with LotD up.

What I meant is chaining two .5s CAs together won't prevent auto attacks from not firing due to it being impossible to cast a CA the instant recovery time ends due to ping time.  You're right though.
