Main question is does INT increasae the damage per proc of Chime of Blades/Catastrophe of Blades??Also does int increase other group buffs mods like DPS inc, dmg mitidation etc.... in other words does INC increase the EFFECT of the magical spells OR just damage(as I am under the influence that INT increases dmg of magic spells). If I am incorrect, which spells DOES int influence and which spells do INT NOT influence.

Yes, INT does effect the damage of Chime of Blades and Dead Calm, as well as most other procs (NOT from adornments) and spells that deal damage. However, it only effects spells that deal damage, so the value of your buffs and debuffs that do not deal damage is solely dependant on the quality of the spell (Adept I, Adept III, etc...)And since it's on the same topic, all Combat Arts have their damage increased by Strength, INT has no effect on them, though you probably already knew that =)

yeah, I just came back to the game.. I played a troub to 70 back when DOF came out... I quit shortly after.... been playing online games for bout 11 years(starting with UO) so I am makign my return tour to EQ2 and the whole time I played a troub i wished I had roleld a drige.. so.. this time I did SMILEY just trying to figure out what stats I need to stack....The increased dmg that chime does... if I stack INT.. and increase the dmg chime does.. that DOES go for the while group right?? so if is tack int and my chime does.... 300 or something per tic(only lvl 20 so i dont have the skill yet so im guessing) will EVERYONE do 300 cause MY int increased the dmg of the overall spell??? or is the dmg done based unpon each person int how much they will do?

Actually STR affects the damage on Chimes, not INT.  INT affects almost every other spell proc which can be increased by stats though.

Also, INT affects the damage on adornment procs, too.

Pretty sure it applies the same number to the whole group (or raid), though I could be wrong. Derrick wrote:

IMO, when looking at stats on gear I shoot for STR>INT>AGI>STA=WIS

You are wrong, they're based off of each individual's stats.

Nifty, that's even better then! (Since other fighters and scouts tend to have higher STR than I do)
