It had alot more mitigation, something like 1038. A few of the other stats might have been a little higher as well. I had just got it a few days before it got nerfed so don't remember exactly.

I agree with Scivias, I don't see how this is a nerf. Maybe you can not imprison as many at a time but that does not really matter since they are making fearful conversion stronger.
