A guildmate of mine reports that its working great at level 5 (10%) chance, so it looks like it would be good at 8 as well.

It is really hard to tell, but I think it is working at 16% or at least close to 16%.

is it fixed then ? cause in an attempt to increase my dps even more i respecc'd my maxxed INT line for this, but parser showed really less rpocs then 16%. Overall dps didnt get much better. So re-respecc'ed and now back at my INT-max cause im a sucker for the fd SMILEY

what is the actual proc % and damage for lvl 8 Avast, can someone post a screenie please?

The damage stays the same through all 8 ranks. I cant post a screenshot from work but I beleive it is something like 600-800 damage, give or a take a few. Each rank goes up 2% (in theory), so at level 8 you will have a 16% chance to proc assuming you are flanking the mob.

Thanks, wasn't sure if the damage increase with increased ranks, still, 16% 600-800 dam is a very nice proc

I respected recently to this.. and it parses at 8% of my whole dmg!! thats not bad tbh and is parsed over a few raids

I have since respected to str for the aoe reduction but I am even thinking of going agility over wis... been real hard to get my hands on a fabled one hander

So, assuming equal weapon quality and being in a group, would AGI give a better dps increase than WIS?Need STR for the debuff, but looking at those two, it looks like it could be close at least. Anyone know of any parses done?
