is it working properly at 16% chance?<div></div>

A guildmate of mine reports that its working great at level 5 (10%) chance, so it looks like it would be good at 8 as well.

It is really hard to tell, but I think it is working at 16% or at least close to 16%.

is it fixed then ? cause in an attempt to increase my dps even more i respecc'd my maxxed INT line for this, but parser showed really less rpocs then 16%. Overall dps didnt get much better. I cant post a screenshot from work but I beleive it is something like 600-800 damage, give or a take a few. Each rank goes up 2% (in theory), so at level 8 you will have a 16% chance to proc assuming you are flanking the mob.

So, assuming equal weapon quality and being in a group, would AGI give a better dps increase than WIS?Need STR for the debuff, but looking at those two, it looks like it could be close at least. Anyone know of any parses done?<div></div>
