way back, i remember seeing someone post (i think) shoulders that were t7, and dropped somewhere in KOS....they had a proc called double-attack. Am I crazy? maybe this was chain armor or something that was nerfed? any leads will help me.

well, they at least still have the cool Skulls on them. Which ones are those crazy purple/lime green shoulders that look the same? |
