Has anyone noticed a major decrease in RT damage, today in offensive stance its reading 2640-4400 damage, cast it on a mob and it only did 3400ish, which never was that low before.

And my spell is Master 1 btw

Get the same.. but I put this down to the mobs having more resistances.  Most of the new mobs seem slightly tougher, however this will change when we hit 70 SMILEY

By that time you'll have Pestilent touch.

But yeah, if you look at resistability (examine the skill) those numbers are based on a mob that cons white.Yellows and oranges are going to take less damage from you

I ALWAYS get a range.  I've seen it as low as 2800 and as high as 5100, depending on who is in my group, and what we are killing, and whether I hit it with blasphemy (well, not true, I always use blasphemy right before harmtouch)

The 32 extra into int that I have in AL's right now helped just about everything.  32 int = 1-2 extra points on our damage shield, even.

Yeah, I've noticed this too.  I came to the same conclusion, as it being on a higher lvl mob (3-4 lvls) & only having my wis & dis debuff on them, rather than a raid full of debuffs when you use it on higher lvl mobs then.

The other thing I've noticed is some of the mobs seem to just outright have higher resists.  To put it in simplistic terms, the mobs themselves didn't so much get tougher or meaner on dmg output & hps (though it was upped some of course), but more on an overall resists increase.  I was killing the blue mobs & noticing taunts, lifetaps, pretty much any & all types of abilities being resisted in KoS.  I get stunned like crazy too & I couldn't pull a move like I usually do of pulling 4-6 blue mobs & AE them to death, as I would get stunned so much, I couldn't get the lifetaps to compensatiately heal.  I'm only 61, but I've already learned, only AE 3 mobs that are blue at this time, unless I get lucky.  If I could do it, I'd be pretty beat after & it wasn't an acceptable downtime relation to xp grinding to warrant doing so.

The worst part is when mobs resist our taps...  like, all of our taps.  it's terrible to watch resist resist resist pop up 5 times on heinous blessing, or getting resists on TV.

NO HP for you!!@!

I don't think its the resist, was tanking in poets last night and cast HT on the eye, and it did 2500ish, which it never did that low before.  And on raids I've been lucky to get 4500, when before I could on a bebuffed mob get over 6k.

Really not sure yet, because this is all limited number of fights, but it does from this limited data, seem to have been lowered.

I do hope that this hasn't been lowered, 2500 damage is 2.7dps increase (yeah I know its not really a dps spell, but kind of would like on good wack, hehe).

I am loving Pestilent Touch. I have it as Adept III and I fired it off on a mob in Nest last night for 6,488... INT was around 418 at the time. Woooohoo! Great fun. SMILEY

Sacrilege is the upgrade to Blasphemy at lvl 64, and its a master 2 choice which is really nice. I was really torn between choosing Sacrilege or Pestilent touch s my master 2, but eventually, a better taunt won out.
