It's the center floor area in the Myrist Main Stacks. It had kinda bleh "placeholder" textures before, but the art team has added vibrant colors and some transparency and it looks pretty cool.

I will admit, the transparency on the Mural and at the Portals makes me have to jump over that area, because yeep! that's a long way down if the glass cracks under my big barbarian butt!
