Any upgrades to older crafting related things?

I'm just curious if the new expansion has upgrades to some of the older crafting related things, specifically:

The KA houseplant. This was upgraded for PoP, so I'm crossing my fingers that the same happens for CD.
The research apprentices. Yeah, I know, but I thought I'd ask anyway.
The pack pony. This was upgraded for PoP, so I'm crossing my fingers that the same happens for CD.
Probably other things, but these are the three that jumped to mind.

I don't have info on the other two, but from what I have heard, the house plant now provides you with a bag that allows you to choose between PoP and CD harvestables. Unsure if this is contingent on completing the tradeskill signature line or not.

Confirmed today that, like last expac, the 'new' mats from the goblin pot do NOT require the TS sig line
