Refined Rares

I have attempted to refine rares to test out crafting with them and they seem to be broken atm, when refined all the rares have the same icon and they are not denoted as being a refined rare, and the boost value from using a refined rare is not on the item when its made from them.

ok after i see that refined rares are actually showing as refined now, i have made 1 item with refined rares but they do not seem to be adding the the extra stats that they should, the item just got the same stats as using regular unrefined rares. I have actually made 3 items with refined rares with the same results, they all have the base stats from making them, not the boosted from using refined rares, and before anyone asks yes i made sure the refined rares were selected in the crafting window.
