Decisions, Decisions (Adept III)

Hello, there. I recently mined one rough coral and am uncertain as to which Adept III to have it crafted into. As far as I know, this tier 2 harvest can only be crafted into spells within the 10-19 range. I was thinking of doing Demonstration of Faith. Any advice?
