Luclin Essence of Obulus Frontier collection

Luclin Essence of Obulus Frontier is the meta for the overland shiny collections and has 21 items. I have talk with several people who all have been working hard on finishing this collection and we have only found the same 20 overland collections not including the language collection which doesn't add into this collection. Missing collection or something tricky that we haven't fgured out??
