Best weapon for a level 14 monk?

My weapon/fists are out of date. I was curious which fists/weapon for a monk is best at my level? (14) And also at 20?

Depending how fast you plan on leveling your monk, should probably determine the type of equipment you choose.

If you plan on blowing through T2 and T3, then any treasured equipment should suffice fine. The armor quests from the caves should be good until level 20, in which you can at that point, talk to Selwyn Oakheart in SQ and begin your T3 armor quests.

If you plan on tanking or spending some time in these levels then upgrading certain armor/weapon pieces up to legendary quality will give you an advantage as well - particularly your chest and leg pieces.

To be honest, I really didn't worry about legendary equipment until level 30 - but everyone plays differently. :smileywink:

I did the quests in the cave, after 14, no NPC gave me any more so I moved out to Antonica. I got some armor, but no fists/knuckles. I just want something besides what i got from the island to fight with lol. It can be made, or quest given, I only do 2 damage per fist. I am not a weaponsmith, I just want some good fists to fight with.

i bought a couple fists from an NPC weaponsmith that do 2-6 dmg/1.4 delay which seems slow to me but others say they are about as fast as i will get. i am L11 at the momment and was also looking for better weapons.

I got a pair of decent fist wraps out of the caves that were level 12 or 14 I think. . Check on the broker as well for some cheap weapons. I didnt upgrade again till I was in my early 20's.

I'm using a pair of Nomad Walking Sticks at level 15, and they're usable at 12. I believe they're from FP quests, so you may have to get them from the bad boy broker (as I did). They're awesome, though they're only DW, so your styles look like [expletive haxx0red by Raijinn].Still trying to find a good staff for my level. SMILEY

It's a while back, but I remember doing a quest for some NPC in Greystone Yard, which involved adventuring in the down below and resulted a decent weapon. Also in Baubbleshire there's an NPC that gives a quest which results in a nice weapon. I don't know whether everything has changed in the meantime, but that's what I did back in the days. Or simply ask a weaponsmith to make you some weapons.
