Hotbar/key question

Heya Folks,

I was wondering what you all did with your older skills as you gained newer ones? Do you take the old ones off of your hotbars? The reason I ask is that I have 3 hotbars up on my screen and already at lvl 17, I can tell that I will be running out of room soon.
