What is a difference between Legendary and Mastercrafted?

Hello! Since the update things changed. My character is a berserker 70 but I don't raid, so my items are legendary, treasured or mastercrafted when players made. I have a couple of masters and adept 3. Not as uber as a raider, but still good and above the average player IMO.Here my question, in term of quality, what is the difference between legendary armor and mastercrafted armor? I used to wear legendary, before the update (I have the cuirass of protection and other dragon drops legendary, zerker hat, etc.), but after playing with my gear a bit, I noticed that there is barely no difference between my legendary armor set and my old xegonite armor set. With legendary, I end up with 48% of mitigation (this is without buffs), with xegonite 47,7%. So the difference is only 0.3 ?? Huh?Does it worth it for me to wear my legendary armor? It used to give much more but it was nerfed I believe, and now the crafted armor give me almost the same bonus. Advices?Also, since I don't raid and will prolly don't get anything fabled, what armor you suggest me, any quest, any drop? Mitigation is on a diminishing returns curve now so that is why you don't see a huge as a difference as you did before. Difference between mastercrafted and legendary is that mastercrafted is crafted by other players and legendary is dropped or quest reward.

At the same level, Legendary > mastercrafter usually. If you are 70, any legendary with a higher equippable level than 62 is going to beat the T7 mastercrafted in terms of mit and stats. The mastercrafted is nice for the procs, though, it just starts to fall too far behind at 65+.
