Tier 6 VS Tier 7 single target taunts

Ok anyone else notice that the adept 3 version of outrage has a better taunt then the master 2 version of berate?

You do realize that Berate is Encounter and Outrage is single target yes?

there is no T7 single target taunt for Berserkers.

yup what they said only taunts that get replaced in the 61-70 spells is lvl 64 Berate which is the AE taunt and violent pledge which is a CA with a increse of hate on it.

They are color coded. Red- single target, green- encounter, blue- AE out of encounter
