It's obvious how this vendor came to have so many things to sell (being a direct copy of Koros in Mara), but I don't see why this vendor needs to have all the older more irrelevant goods still on there when the expansion goes live. Filtering doesn't even help much because things like tradeskill class don't get taken into account.
