What comes after Journey to Zavith'loa ?

Ok I have finished every quest I could find and have finished Journey to Zavith'loa, 14 quest in Phantom Sea and 44 in Tranquil Sea. Last thing I did was take the boat to the 2nd island and can not find any quest on any island in both seas Frown

Is your toon evil by any chance? Head to Wanderer's Dock and talk to the NPCs down at the end [by the water]. One is in disguise and needs you to talk to them before they reveal themselves... :^)
