Phantom Seas discovery point

I can't seem to find this for the exploration achievement. I've run all along the north zone border along the bottom of the ocean, swam at the surface, flew in the air. Has anyone gotten this disco point?

I haven't heard anyone actually say they have gotten this discovery point.

Fly from Phantom Sea to Tranquil Sea (I think that's what I saw on an alt).

from Phantom to Tranquil, you get the "Tranquil Sea" disco but I have yet to find the "Phantom Sea" Disco, flying fromt tranquil to phantom

This will be fixed in an upcoming update as well as the removal of the double Hidden Beach in Phantom Seas.
