As I understand it, if I am going to tank the Ant raid instance with the Lich, I need pretty high Poison Resist.  Any suggestions on particular gear I should be looking for?

If you have a dirge and a warlock you dont need PR gear, it's not even necessary to keep PR high but it does help.

Not every guild has a dirge, warlock and mystic in their guild to buff their poison resist high. I know my guild doesn't have a warlock. If you are looking for easy to get pr gear go to a broker and fence and look for: stinkhoop, easy enough to solo Foulgill for it random belt with pr (evol bandoleer give 400pr) to swap in for fbss random neck with a lot of pr (collar of the obedient +360pr) potions that give pr (600+ pr with 7 charges) at a broker do a search of all the armor that cons yellow to orange. A lot of that stuff is from instanced raids and nek castle 2.0 and has a lot of poison resists on slots that don't normally have it.

Enchanted Rubicite Helm

Stinkhoop

Spaulders of Swamp Knowledge

are 3 items I use, but I only use them for Zek, not Arch Lich

Oh and a "Kiston's Protection" potion

Now you dont even really need your PR gear for the ARCH LICH i mean, i rarely see him cast any poison on me (mainly crushing).  i dont buff PR but i buff MR cause of his scream proc or wutever it is, it has worked fine everytime.  Only time he 1shots if he gets lucky with NIL DISTORTION but very rarely (his scream does more dmg than anything). Only poison dammage i get is from the Elementals he spawns.

If you have PR near 5000 vs arch lich, you will never get 1 shotted again, but even then warlock, mystic, dirge buffs are usually enough with kiston's protection potion.

I use poison gear vs tremblar the behemoth because if I don't have PR over 6k, I end up naked before the fight is over.
