Call of Protection   Adept3    pow127    defense 14up ( examine says 14up.  but it gives +15 at L50 actually&nbspSMILEY)
 
Return to Battle          Adept3    pow132    defense 8up, MaxHealth 372up
 
Retaliate                     Master1  pow102    945damage ( with str290, I saw 1075damage on examine window )
 
all data from the Examine window.

Vengeful Strike  Inflict 77-128 damage on target

                                Decrease health of target by 106 every 4.1 seconds (actually hits for 170 a tick at lvl 48...i'm guessing 180 at 50)
                                Decrease attack spd of target by 5%
                                Decrease power of target by 24
Taunting Challenge - Adept 3 - Increase threat priority by 358 positions
                                                   Decrease DPS of target by 5%
                                                   Inflicts 53-89 melee dmg on target
Taunting Blow - Adept 3 - Increase threat by 171
                                          Inflict 25-41 melee dmg on target

These #'s are from the perspective of a L41 guardian.
 
 
Adept IIIs:
 
Shout - 13 power, +190 threat
 
Ruin - 41 power, inflict 153-256 dmg on target, -5 to slashing crushing and piercing, inflict 30 dmg on target, decrease health of target by 113 every zero seconds.
  Note:  DoT component broken until next patch.
 
Maim - 70 power, slow target by 5%, inflict 112 slashing dmg on target, inflict 41 dmg on target, decrease health of target by 82 every 4.1 seconds.
  Note:  In the real world this hits my target for about 150 dmg and then has three ticks of 111.  I use this constantly.
 
Masters:
 
Stand Firm - 49 power, 2:16 duration, increase avoidance of target by 32%.
  Note:  Not sure how long this lasts, I haven't used it since the 10:00 buff change.  Examine says 2:12 though.
 
Bury - 58 power, inflict 89-149 dmg on target, inflict 102 damage on target, reduce health of target by 64 every 2 seconds.
  Note:  In the real world, this hits everything for about 100 dmg and then has three ticks of 102 on my main target.  I use this constantly.
 
Shouting Cry - 34 power, +358 threat, decrease DPS of encounter by 1%
 
Call of Command - 97 power, +12 defense
  Note:  This is incredibly grey and its STILL better than my app-4 of Call of Protection, since it's only giving me +10.
 
Safe Guard - 46 power, 3:00 duration, 50% chance to intercept, I take 74% my target takes 0%.
  Note:  This actually lasts for 10 minutes.
 
I have Vigilance in my bank but can't scribe it yet.

Just got this today! First on the server...
 
Entrench (Master 1):
    Decrease Attack Speed of target by 20%
    Slows target by 16%
    Increases AC of target vs all physical dmg by 914-1308
 
    Concentration: 2,  Duration 3:00,  Effect Radius 25 meters

HTL is well worth it.. and it should cost like 5-10 gold not 20. All taunts gain something at adept3, so its worth having them all adept3.

  ruthenium cluster and rough opal = tier 4
 
  rhodium cluster and rough ruby = tier 5
 
   Also, all the item drops count as well...such as opal geode, cloudy ruby etc etc

I have hold the line master 1 : 33% chance to increase threat by 182
 
man thats scuks  only 20 more from adp3 to master1. SMILEY And no increase to the chance
 
I will check on the power cost and post it. but its not  a lot

This is as a level 37 guardian, so I expect it will rise some as I level.
 
Also, has anyone else noted it says it should raise the group's health/defense? I've only seen the "buff" particles on myself when casting it, never thought to check if other people's health had gone up. *chuckle*

5 to Parry (4 listed)

15 to Offensive skills (14 listed)

Call to Battle Adept 1 @ 47.6

5 to Parry (4 listed)

12 to Offensive skills (12 listed)

 
Just an FYI both Braksan's and Return to Battle adept 1 are giving me 8 defense (7 listed) at level 47.  I have yet to hear of anyone getting more than 8 defense from this line.  So no need to upgrade your spells in this line unless its for the hps.
