![]() I understand it's April 13th , why announce something without having everything in place such as event pricing and calendar of activities? some people need to plan vacation way in advance with their employers let alone Air fare.. |

The dates have been announced. If you plan to attend, go ahead and request time off from work now (Friday October 19th is a must, Thursday you could take a half day depending on your distance from Vegas). Airfare is typically at its lowest price 45 days prior to departure. You already know that you should fly into Vegas in the afternoon or early evening on Thursday, October 18th and fly out Sunday October 21st mid-day or afternoon. Kayak.com is a good site for cheap plane tickets. Go for it! |

The least expensive air fares are st midnight, eleven months before the scheduled flight. Sometimes one can also get similar prices with in 24 hours of a flight that has empty seats or by using a flexible schedule.
