Concerns over SWG name cahgne in GU 10 and Fan Faire

With Game Update 10, we will have the ability to change out ingame names every 90 days. If GU 10 launches before Fan Faire, and a name was changed that we are registered on, would this cause issues in receiving the ingame rewards for Fan Faire attendees and all?

I don't see how that would be the case as the in-game rewards are tied to your account, not your charactor, until you /claim them. Just like Vet rewards et'al.
