Depth of Field

First, It seems like Obol is almost a copy paste of Loping Plains but with that said it still looks amazing.

I dont know how many people use Depth of Field but it adds so much depth to all zones but especially Obol for some reason.

Couple questions.

1. Are the newer zones being designed to better utilize this type of feature?

2. Are you able to pull stats to see how many people have the "Special Effects" turned on? (Depth of Field, Ambient Occlusion and Sun Shafts)
