Beta and Test Crashes

Ok i cant seem to find any info out. On this and every time ive reported it to SOE im told its a problem with my ISP. But ever since SS GU update i cannot access beta or test on any PC or account i have. Even reinstalled the client and a fresh install of the OS. I recently tried a different isp no router no nothing just straight connected to modem and client still crashed. If anyone can give me any help it would be much appreicated. I can access regular US servers just fine.

Might want to check your UI pieces (AA and tradeskill can crash you)

Thanks for the info, i tried running it straight from the beta directory and it said D3Dx9_43.dll was missing and installed that, but still crashing the moment i tried to launch. Also running default UI on it to be safe.

After posting this i tired the install from the above link one more time full reboot and it started working thanks so much SMILEY
