No Public Quests?

I haven't seen any mention or found any Public Quests in the beta. Are there any? I really liked these in DoV and miss them now.

Public Quests were actually a lot of fun. Really the only fun part of all of DoV was public quests. If SoE was smart they would bring these back for sure.
