Change Pure Viciousness back to 45 seconds - I don't appreciate the ninja nerf when it's been that way for a year and a half now. Thanks.

Really a ninja nerf on an item that is highly regarded as the best adornment for scouts? Im hoping this is an error because thats just wrong.

Pretty sure it's intended, and calm down. It's not even that good anymore. At 15 seconds it will still be up plenty, and the milas scout belt replaces it anyway.
