level 64 alchemy rush order

I submitted a ticket in game and have had no response to it.

I am trying to complete work orders but a couple of things are not found.

I get almost done and I run into 'bloodrage IV' and do a search and it is not found.

Just now I tried again since I submitted my ticket last week, and it is still not found.

Can someone advise? Is it just something I'm doing or is anyone else having an issue on missing items.

It is not anything you are doing wrong. Unfortunately, Bloodrage (except for the level 21 one) is gone BUT the writs in the 60s and 70s (not sure about other tiers, but definitely those two) were never updated.
