mercs and pvp credit?

what happened to not getting credit if a merc did over 50% damage? i was in a WF saw a yellow conn that was solo, and poof he pops a merc and im one shotted, the merc did 100% of the damage and he still gets credit? he did not even hit me once or even cast a debuff. he did nothing but tell the merc to attack.

remove mercs from pvp already.

another fight, and the player hit me for 58 damage, and the merc hit me for 850 damage, i only have 826 hp....
