Has voice chat been fix ?

Has voice chat been fixed yet? Read on forums it has, but message of the day says it's not. I'm having problems with it, it's says unable to connect failure 1071.

Dizzythecat! We are currently aware of these voice chat issues and are working on a fix. I do not have an ETA but I will keep you guys updated!
