Test server keeps crashing on launch

For some odd reason had it working a week ago, I tried to log in test to day it crashes over and over, I went to the defualt ui, and it still crashed, anyone els ehaving this issue or have a fix?

Reinstall directx 9.0c

My first time trying the Test server and I kept crashing, didnt even get to the character screen. Reinstalling DX 9c fixed that for me.

crashes on launch. live works ok. Ill try to reinstall directx 9c
