Sort of frustrating that missed this sale because i left my keyboard for a day to take my kid to the beach for the 4th of July. I need to buy things, but this stealth sale leaves a bad taste. How about SOE recognize and even support the fact that holidays are about family and not video games and at least allow a sale such as this to last for the day after the holiday. I'll be sure to keep glued to my keyboard on thanksgiving, cause, you know, that is what holidays are all about!

Yeah only 3 weeks in to EQ2 for me, so I am now forewarned. Very cool game, got lured in with FTP marketing, bought a ranger and some other stuff, and now realize I need to spend a bunch more to thrive ingame. Not looking for a third MMO sub right now but definitely need AOD, another class or two, stack of unlocks. I'll just stay out of dungeons until the next sale.

ANything going to be done for those of us who experienced the massicve power outage on the East Coast. I just got my power back today and it was out since Last Saturday. How about something for us who through no fault of our own were forced to miss it? |

I didn't see this until just now because on the 3rd and 4th I was doing things other than playing EQ2. Therefore... I demand that you run this promotion again with notice given only to me so I can get more free SC. Otherwise, I shall cancel my two accounts that are already paid for through the next 15 months! I mean it... don't make me hit that cancel button!

Yay my first flame from a multi-boxing grizzled vet with a few grand invested in the game. Now I really feel like a part of the community! Now all I need is another sale.

Maybe I'm reading this wrong? Wasn't this post made on the 3rd? I know that a few hours wasn't much notice but then you had 24 additional hours to shop. If I'm mistaken please feel free to make me see the error in my ways...

No big deal and oh well. Plenty of other places to spend money. My point was that I am sure I'm not the only one who was away from a comp spending time with family on 4 July. My point was that limiting the time to only that one day seems arbitrary and unnecessary. I've already been advised above that if I want to catch a sale I have to be online on holidays, no bigee. As I recall the last sale in June lasted for three days but whatever.

Or maybe they should just not do any double/triple Station Cash promotions, and then nobody will be left out. Yes, there are things to complain about, but when SOE do something they really don't have to, we complain about that, too? These things are always around holidays, and there will be another one. Buy the cards now and save them for the next one, if you're busy and can't get to the store on holidays.
