I put in a bug report and I am reposting a NEW thread.  Adding it to an old thread causes delays by several weeks, as in the last issue with voice!

No guild voice for regular members, however officers' channel is available.  For the rest of the guild, options available is: None

Some can get a group voice option when grouping, most can't.

Custom channels seem to be working on and off as well (if you have ever been in a custom / private channel, its where you tend to log into voice and its the only option you have)

Channels do seem to become available after a lengthy time online, but not always.

Yes, please fix.  Our guild is full of chatty people.  If they can't chat, they might go quest or adventure and get themselves hurt.  Please fix.  Thanx.

I have been having this issues for the past couple of days also. So I decided to do a little more looking. Keep getting the error 1072. 

My request is going out to the server, I get a repsonse back of Unathorized. So it looks like an issue between SOE passing the authentication, or Vivox taking the Authentication. 

Here is a screen capture of the Wireshark capture also. IF you need info from the capture please PM me.

another bug seems to be even thogh i have it so when i talk by pushing button its now randomly booting me to where everyone can hear me w/o holding down my push to talk button plus there is lag when people are talking as I hadn't said abnthoing for 5 mins and then all of a sudden my guildmates were asking why i was talking to myself plz fix this

it doesn't only effect guild chat but group and raid when this happens so if you are tryingto group or raid it does hamper things please if you have nothign constructive to say please do not come in here and try to get them not to fix something that does effect gameplay.

 I can't get into guild chat and raid chat only has me in it.  I'm wondering if it's an IP or network-based issue.  I'm running through Cox Cable from OKC, but the other 12 guild members are having no problems (E/W coast) with guild chat.  They made a new channel and the client or voice services joined me to it after a delay of 10 minutes.

Still having problems on Butcherblock.  The reliability of the company providing EQ2's voice chat servers is untenable.  Seriously, find a new company.

Been several days now with no reliable voice chat...um, what gives? Seems its localized World-wide, ie; many different people with many different PC platforms, many different ISP's, many different physical locations, many different router/modem combinations, many different operating systems...would appear very doubtful that it's a client-side issue with all that taken into consideration, wouldn't you think? What does Vivox have to say about the problems? If they have a liaison with SOE Customer Service/Tech Support, why haven't we heard from them?
