Problem with logging in and zoning

Hi,

no idea if this is happening for other peopel as well, but apparently I am not able to log to one of my characters. Every time I try my game crashes.

Exactly the same problem has got my husband on his main toon. He can't log his monk on his computer (other toons are fine), but I can log his toon on my comp.

Also me and my friends from Splitpaw are exeperiencing huge lags and problems with zoning. Our characters are kicked to select a character screen every time we zone. It doesn't happen always, just every 2nd-3rd time but it is highly annoying.

All those problems appeared today on Splitpaw. Yesterday it was fine. Many of my friends are really frustrated because they can't play as they were going to while we have double xp weekend.

Can you please fix it?
