![]() The mobs found in Withered Lands give less than 0.01% xp per kill. Is this intended? I have a 200% veteran bonus for adventure plus a 200% vitality bonus. I am sitting at 76.6% xp into level 90 and it took killing three yellow mobs that were level 91 to gain 0.01% for a grand total of 76.7% into level 90. Is this how it is supposed to be? I can chrono down and go back and do older content for a much faster xp gain than I am getting in the new areas. I have done this on two other characters and am about to go and do the same on a third. It just seems like the xp gain is off somewhat in the Withered Lands or something. I have already read the content when I ran my 1st of 14 level 90's through so not wanting to stop and read the next 13 times through so I guess chronomentoring and running older content is the way to go. |

![]() Look at the raw XP #s gained per kill, not the percent increase. I do know that they increased the XP curve a lot to go from 90 to 92, so looking at percent gain will not be accurate at all. Try killing a few solo con mobs in EW, and then same level solo con mobs in WL, and see if the XP awarded is significantly different between the 2.

![]() I have a healer that was 91.47% in. I did the Alivan quests, the Caravan quests and a few of the drop item quests and did a very little bit of killing in between. At the end of hours of questing, she's now at 91.71%. I felt exhausted of questing (I love questing btw) and not sufficiently rewarded. This toon was around 80% vitality and had 100% bonus xp. I did not use any potions. I'll see 92 soon. I guess part of the point of this post is... is this how it should be? I felt not sufficiently rewarded, but that could be various reasons (not necessarily the quest xp reward alone). (in case anyone wonders: I do Alivan quests first so I can get the flying ability out of the way, and Caravan quests so I can get the mount post station out of the way, then I work on the rest of the zone quests) |

I'll take your word that the mobs in the EW award more XP without even checking the mobs in Skyshrine, be it the overland areas, the solo instances, heroic instances and the raid zones are a mind numbing boring joke that really have very little chance of killing you and are easier to kill even being orange con. The XP should be lower in SS and WL, it is only reasonable.

Took my zerker with a templer merc through chelsith and library and gained 37% ... easier than the questing trying to level.

IMO, there are only 2 reasons to do the WL quest lines. 1) Once thru for the story line, though it doesn't seem to me much of the quests really continue the Fallen Swords lore, just reasons to kill 10 rats. 2) If you have an alt you've ignored since SF or longer, the gear upgrades from the solo lines will catch you up gear wise.

![]() I just ended up chronomentoring down to 70 and running the Bonemire instances a few times. That got me the rest of the way to 91 and all the way to 92 in about an hour and a half. Ive read the storyline in WL already once so there is no real reason for me to do that content another dozen or so times on my remaining alts. |
