Hello,

I use the Adventurer's Backpack for my appearance on two of my character's backs. It is random but about every 3rd to 5th zoning that I do it the game resets the appearance back to the cloak. This has been happening for a long time and I was wondering if there was a way to prevent this from happening?

Thank you.

The last couple of days the backpack has not been reverting back to a cloak.

Was this actually fixed or am I just having a streak of luck?

Must have just been a streak of luck.

The backpack is still reverting back to the cloak graphic when zoning as of today.

Just a note ...  I've been keeping better track of this and so far it seems that this is mostly happening on my Kerra character and hardly at all on my Halfling character. They are the only two that I have the backpack on. The Kerra reverts almost 100% of the time that he zones. The Halfling just once in a great while.

Tried out my Brewmeisters Backpack and dont like the design but there seem to be no option ( except deleting the whole backpack ) to return my cloak. The Backpack graphics doesn't change back to cloak when I zone.

Is it so hard to code logical solutions as to have an option in the backpack to remove the backpack appearance?

Cursed, there are options.. perhaps you should explore them before trying to curse or complain eh? Options, in your char screen there is a drop down to show melee weapons, bow, and BACKPACK and or CLoack... wow hard is it not?

I have explored the options which of there are literally hundreds of but now finally I found the right ones. Still would be logical that at the same place where one can make the backpack seen one could also hide it. Too bad that using option Show Melee weapon as back gear doesn't seem to work on my character model.

Back to my original topic ...

This is still happening very often on my Kerra character, but hardly at all on the halfling. Are there any fixes for this that anyone is aware of?

I see it happening also. Sadly its something I never saw with the other SC backpacks.

It stopped me putting this great item on other toons

This is now happening to me with my Tinkerer's Backpack.

I've tried both setting it as appearance in Options and right clicking on the backpack. Either way, everytime I zone it resets to show my cloak.

This is new since yesterday's patch.

Still happening with my two characters and the adventurer's backpack as well.

I've sent in several /feedback's and /bug reports over the last few weeks but I have no idea if any of the Devs are aware of this issue.

Same thing happens with the flight wings, they become a cloak for a few seconds and then poof back into place.

Very, very rarely happens to my halfling but it does still happen. It happens 9 out of 10 times that I zone on my Kerra though.
