Conj with Merc

I returned to the game after a log break and tried out the Bst class. 36 levels later, I am not really having fun. I think anyone who can mash buttons can do well with this class. I thought I would like it since I liked them in eq1, but it isnt the same.

I was wondering how well Conj can solo or molo, as a lot call it, with a merc? Whcih Merc seems to be the best for helping out the Conj? I know way back, they could solo pretty well but I am wondering if they can solo with the best of them as far as Heroic content and things like PR for farming plat. I have a Necro who can solo well, but it is a bit slow paced for me at times. Also, are Conj a welcome addition to groups and raids? Is our dps on par with most?

Conjurors are one of the best soloers in the game at end game with/without merc.

At this state, Conjurors are pretty much t1 dps with utility. Only a slightly behind a sorcerer in some cases.
