I understand that folks who did not purchase AoD can't make dungeons but can they actually play in other peoples dungeons?

It scales to 50 for everyone.

People without AoD can do player made dungeons, but they get no Dungeons Marks for it. I tried on a 2nd account I made that doesn't have AoD, you'll run through it, click on exit, the reward pops up telling you how many dungeon marks you got, you click accept, but nothing gets added to your Currency window =)

Well that sucks but hey ho, I still make AA and xp I would imagine tho?

It scales to 50 but so does the character you play in the dungeon. Currently you choose an avatar, with the xp and AA going to your own character at the end. You actually also accrue dungeon marks which you can spend once you by AoD.

I apoligize for the incorrect information. It was that way a few weeks ago when I was playing through a dungeon on a non-AoD account. But they changed that.

I just double checked running through a dungeon on an account that has neither AoD or DoV. You can do the dungeons and you still get XP and the Dungeon Marks, but you can't spend them (as msgnomer corrected me before)
