EVENT eating our toons and crashing to desktop !! FIXED !!!

Cloudrat is stuck in the event instance of the shard of love getting crashed to desktop when trying to log in. I am not alone having this issue.

Its true, I also am having this trouble and my main, Moriyha is now stuck.

I did this quest this morning and tried to enter Shard of Love but also got crashed to desktop. Due to family, I was not able to try to get back in until this evening but I did try around 5:55 pm EST and Symone was in Everfrost not stuck in the Shard. I did not try to see if she'd get back in, figued she's safe where she is atm SMILEY . I'll wait until I get the all clear before trying again.

I was able to Symone into Shard of Love today without crashing and finished the quest! Thank you!
