If only the website were back up so we could actually read the Producer's Letter.  SMILEY

Any chance of posting a copy here so we have something to do while waiting for the game/website to come back up?  SMILEY

Yeah, I can't even tell if my digital download is going through.  I haven't gotten any mail that tells me if I need a keycode or not, so I feel in limbo.

When you buy a digital copy of an expansion through SOE you don't have to do anything. Once they successfully charge you for it, access will be automatically applied to your account (no access key needed). Everyone, regardless of whether or not they purchase the expansion, ends up patching all expansion-related files anyways, so you won't be sent anything extra.

To buy with SC, do I go through the in-game marketplace? Once bought do I just reload the game or do I download elsewhere?

OOh! a working reply button! IMHO

Freeport was really cool, nice enough to move to now.

Beastlords were really well thought out (if confusing in the beginning) and a blast to play.

Reforging is interesting.

I had a day and a half in Beta and could not see everything.

Don't know about a SC purchase but as Cyliena said, after purchase it's automatic. Nothing left to do but patch and run like after any update.Cyliena

It is still nervewracking to those who prefer something more solid. but at least thinks seem normal then if that is the case.

Yeah, I have always prefered a hard-copy version (Just in case) , but they didn't seem to do one this year.

I posted on Facebook that we can't read producers letter due to site being down. Got a reply from Brasse saying that's right the site will be back up once the servers are back up and to "stay on target"

Doesn't SJ usually put his Letter on the forums as well?

When you have the original DVDs from 2004, you don't really need any other hard copies. Especially when you consider how much patching you have to do anyway.

I think the FP ones were posted in Announcements, I may be remembering wrong though

Anyways, now to wait for them to actually charge my bank account, seeing as it still hasn't been touched (by them)

Stay on target?  Hopefully that was a reference to the lines "Almost...... there"  "Stay on target" from the original Star Wars.

Otherwise, the "target" (being the Producer's Letter) is inaccesible.  Copy/Paste can't be THAT hard to do, can it?  Especially since they normally post things like that in the forums anyway.  I'd love for us to be discussing the content of the Producer's Letter rather than the fact that none of us can read it.

I've purchased several "Extra Character Slots" for 1000 SC each.  I can't yet log into the game but I can get to the character select screen and several of my toons are now locked and it says "This Character is Beyond Your Character Limit".

Are the old extra character slots I purchased going to be applied to the new layout or are we going to get a SC refund for each one we purchased?  I will be upset beyond belief if we are not at least credited for those since most of the ones I purchased were just a week ago during the last double XP weekend.

Relax... They are working on the back end now. If you ever get to the char select when servers are down/locked, it is hardly ever accurate. I can't tell you how many times I've logged in and only seen 4 of my 8 characters.

Well I was able to get to the character select (locked not surprised) Howerever I was surprised that 2 of my characters are now locked as "Beyond my limit" since before this update I had at least 2 open slots to make characters. (inlcuding one from a LoN Loot card)

I am hoping that it is more something with station access being in maintnence mode.

They are working on accounts - hence the delay. Don't panic until later!

Same here but as posted above, usually when the server is locked or down the information is not accurate. I'm sure everything will be fine once the servers are back up SMILEY

I have to panic now and get it out of the way, I have to go to a Funeral later so I won't be able to there.
