Gggrrrrrrr who stopped my sub?

Why has my sub been changed or not charged? I've been playing since 1999 and eq2 since 05, month to month and now I have to choose, but hey guess what, your system will not let me. Same CC for the last who knows how long now and all of a sudden I can't get into game. Gggrrrr... I've checked me bank, I've checked me card all is right, but no go. What gives all?

did you check to see if the valid through date is accurate on your account?

did you happen to place a fraud alert on your card back when the system integrity was violated?
