I am not able to access either my subscription info or billing pages on my account with Station Access. My second account that is just the normal has access to those. I would like to know when my account is due so I can continue to play.

Please contact support directly to have this issue resolved.

Alternatively you can PM me your Station Name and what games on your account you actually do play and I can fix this for you.

Update your ticket with more info on the errors you are seeing.  This is a very different issue than what this thread is about.

I, as well, am not able to see anything in my subscriptions online, it just goes to 'Error'.

I paid for a gold membership, and i can't even play any of my characters.  None of them SMILEY

Gold membership is for EQII Extended, a separate game.

I was having the same issues last night, but it seems to be fixed today.  Also, SOE is not accepting my card to purchase a subscription, keep getting an error during the processing.

Same issue here.  Been trying to enter a new credit card for billing on my account and SOE keeps refusing it.  Gives me an (Error: PT-301) message.  I know the card works cause i used it just today to make an online purchase.

Cant pay the bill.. I get as far as choosing my subscription plan and it goes to purchase preview saying there has been an error. 

Card is fine since I have paid for 3 other accounts with it this week..
