Fact or rumor? Hoping for a red name response.

It's been mentioned several times by players that the Personal Dojo is getting an outdoor area added. I know that was a feature that was requested quite a bit but I never seen any patch notes or mention of it here on the forums. I'm a frequent visitor and I always read the patch notes. I've asked a couple times where the info came from and I've never gotten a response to that question either. After doing a search here on the forums I couldn't find anywhere a red name poster said this was going to (or not going to) happen. I know that doesn't necessarily mean it wasn't said since there are podcasts that I normally don't listen to and the occassional developer logs onto a server and chats with players for a bit, so I could have missed it. Either way, if a red name poster could confirm this as fact/rumor it'd be much appreciated.

A second question concerning housing:

I'd really love to have an answer for is where does the Thurgadin housing license come from? Is it a drop, a quest, something not available yet?

Well, I'm not a red name, but I'm in the Test channel frequently and Domino told us there that this house will be available through Marketplace. I think she said from next week.

Thanks for the info! I'll keep my eyes peeled. I'll probably pick one up off the marketplace if they don't way overprice it. I gotta admit I had my fingers crossed for something crafter related since the Kromzek house is a raid drop.

I would like to see prestige houses obtainable through normal means. A lengthy quest or something. Raid drop isn't bad as it's at least in the world, but having to pay for every prestige houses doesn't go well with me.

about library, will they add few new rooms?

i also feel that Opera House do need "dressing room" and backstage too.

I'm sorry but I disagree, the Library and Opera House are fine the way they are, the Opera House even had stairs added and some collision issues fixed in the seating.

The Dojo is too small and claustrophobic. Although cute it needs the outdoor sand garden that is has in EG at the very least, preferably the moat too, which would make it the perfect peaceful place for meditation and training SMILEY

I also thought that the Dojo was getting an added outside area, I wish it were true....

Yes it would be great for just storage, but decorating such a small place leaves much to be desired, like an outdoor area and sand garden SMILEY

That is why I think this zone is great. It is small which means it is easy to decorate well while keeping a very low item count. I am not against having a little more room in there, I just dont think it needs it. I do wish those diagnal wires in the front area would go away.

It's next week, the Thurgadin house is here on the server, I can tour it. But there's nothing on the marketplace.
