servers down?

after checking here http://www.everquest2.com/serversta...us/ it shows the servers up.

but im getting the " were sorry , but your login attempt has failed : unknown error " message on the patcher.

so are the servers down ?

Servers are up, but the login server is down. ETA 2 hrs - Amnerys posted an announcement in the forums yesterday.

I was able to log in after this post was made, as well as zone plenty.

It's been almost 3 hours now and the station launcher just sits at "processing" the request to log in. I assume the system is still down?
