![]() I upgraded to the newest launchpad tonight and after it was installed i clicked play and it didnt do anything. Then i restarted the launchpad now its stuck saying "playing" even though i didnt click play this time. |

![]() You may need to open your task manager to kill the EQ2 process so that you can try again. However, if it continues to appear as if it is doing nothing, there may be a security block in place so double check your firewalls, antivirus, and router to make sure they do not need any further configuration. What I suggest is disabling the firewall/antivirus software altogether. Another cause for this is out of date drivers. You can post your DXDIAG information here (top 3 sections, system/display/sound devices) and I can help you identify what may need to be updated but if you are familiar with the process I would look in to video card, sound card, and any needed service packs first.
