"This account is for an underaged person." I am 41 years old...

Hello,

I managed to change my password.

Now, When I try to play EQ 2, I am receiving the message:

This account is for an underaged user. You are not old enough to access the game.

(I am 41 years old).

I attempted to update my account info: this account has been created in the early times of EQ 1.No way to specify my birth date.

How shall I do?

Same here, only I'm 46. If it's any help, I only get this error using the streaming client. Using the old client I get a timed out error instead.

HAHA!!!

I am getting the same error message....and I have you beat by a few years. I think there are so many people updating their account (password change) that SOE's database can't handle the info in a correct manner. Guess I will have to wait it out for a bit, although I was able to change my password and play last nite.........

Same problem here, yet it let me log in last night no problem.

Please fix this, i barely sated my crack needs with about 2 hours of gameplay last night. That will not satisfy my needs!!!!!

Same issue here. Was able to change my password and play last night, but this morning, the Station Launcher give me this message: We're sorry, but your login attempt has failed: Unknown Error.

When trying to use the streaming client, I get the underage user message ( I'm 32).

I hope this gets fixed soon.

How do they even know my age? I don't remember ever giving a birthdate. (I am 43)

Anyway, I don't really think it's an age issue, just a glitch from the servers being bombarded.

I'm getting the same error. I'm 38 and it tells me it's for an underage user. I was patient during the downtime, but this is ridiculous. Please fix this!

I logged on this morning with no problem, my husband tried to log on and got the underaged error, so I logged out to see if it would log me back in and POW I am too young now as well.
