Potency and crit bonus

Ok noob question, does having more than 100% of these 2 stats make any difference?

If it does is there a point at which they cap or is there a diminishing returns curve on them?

There's no cap nor dimishing return for both.

you want as much of both as you can absolutely get. dont let one get to far ahead of the other though so dont have 220 pot and only 150 CB though.
