Same here, takes me to char select where only 4 of my chars are showing.  Says AB is locked!

2 1/2 years away from EQ2, and I was really looking forward to leveling a bit today...

kept doing that to me, i went to options and cleared cache and all toons came up first try

the station launcher atm is showing ab to be up for me, but i get that message when i try to log in.

Most of my characters appear to have been erased.   In addition, I the ones I can log into, cannot preview the new DoV claim rewards.  They say I might have to re-run the patcher.  

  I've re-run the streaming client about 10 times today, downloaded over 13 gig of files, and it just won't patch anything else.   According to the patcher, I have every file I coudl possibly have.   Yet in my paks folder there is no exp07 files, and in my music folder, there is nothing for this expansion.   

  I believe the launcher is the point of failure.

I can log in my alts but not my main who is in Sundered Frontier. It wont load the zone for me. And I have to shut the game down.

Characters missing and those I can log in, have cleared ui_settings, even the alternate advancement mirror in my house (which took 5 mins to load) wont let me load current aa's or switch to ones in mirror

Restarting comp and game seemed to fix it, now if they could just fix the horrendous lag and excruciating zoning time!

Someone here (can't find the post now) suggested using the options button on the launcher and clearing the cache. That worked for me and I'm now. The station launcher wouldn't work for me (the one where you can launch all soe games from) but the newer launch pad did once I cleared the cache.

ok i give up.  characters missing levels, missing characters, cannot make vampire.  tried everything that i am comfortable with.  i'll come back later tonight.  maybe it be fixed then.  i /bugged it from nagafen but i cannot get in everfrost (where teh problem is).

I have rerun the patcher numerous times.  done 2 full file scans, erased my (loginname_ characters.ini files and still has SF patcher screen, the Destiny of Velious logo on logging in is half missing and when it gets to char select I only show 4 toons, locked for a moment before showing online and when try to log on it says "cant find character"

Please help

tried using launcher also with no luck, and deleted all my BB files to make sure there was no confusion while logging in.  I see EF is now down so hopefully being fixed.  Ill go back to the stove and cooking dinner (stuffed peppers) and glance at my computer screen from the counter while I cook lol

Same problem here.  Using Station Launcher, half my toons are gone, and seems everfrost is locked now.  not entirely sure it patched correctly earlier, but guess we will see

Ok I see that everfrost server is up but still can not log in - Is other still having this issue. Also why no Dev posting that they know and are working this issue...

Having the same issue as others here--use Station Launcher--finally can log on and 2 characters missing and when I try to log onto my main says server cannot find character....rerun patcher.

My noobish computer ignorant question is this--HOW do I rerun the patcher?? Can't even find it!  Considering with my connection it took 6 hours to run it the first time I'm not looking forward to it either.
