Upcoming In-Game Events: Community Erollisi Day Party!

Join us this week for our Erollisi Day Parties! Amnerys will be hosting the events in the Community Lounge (see servers below) so don't miss out on this chance to celebrate and socialize!

Community Team Events

Community Team events are run by Amnerys, your EQII Community Manager, with help from the international Community Team (Soffrina, Shirra, Shingo and OLTT) and occasionally other members of the team.

Tuesday, February 15:

6:00 pm PDT (Test Copy Server): Erollisi Day Party!

Thursday, February 17:

6:00 pm PDT (Freeport Server): Erollisi Day Party!

Unless otherwise noted, parties take place in the Community Lounge. Log on to the appropriate server and catch the portal by the Sinking Sands docks to take you to the Community Lounge.

What about the pay servers? did we have our party on the 14th?

Doesn't appear so. Looks like Pay servers need to get into Test Copy to join the festivities. First rule of Pay Servers. Don't talk about Pay servers. It's probably due to the number of Pay servers they don't want to leave any out and only have time/resources for 1-2 events, so they figure all Pay can go to Test Copy.

After the Test Copy parties they normally will open up a portal on all the Live servers in the Sinking Sands.

Not saying that they're planning on doing that this time, just what I've experienced. SMILEY

Just because we actually pay for the product, why should we get to party? Oh, wait....

Well, I am fairly confident that if they decide to sell party invitations on the Marketplace, we will be included.

Aye, this is what they've done in the past. It was always difficult to get the CS staff to all the different servers, so they started doing the official party on Test Copy where everyone can take part, then open the portals so that folks can have another party on Live afterwards.

Hmm, I wonder if there will be any Erollisi Day goodies on the vendor like there was for Brellday....

Already copied Cant wait to talks with devs and gms and meet the people behind the whole game, Im geting a little excited only 1 more hour till Then so ill take a bath and eat.

I've been trying to log on to attend, but haven't been able to. I keep getting the "Could not connect to a login server. The servers may be busy; please try again in a few minutes." message. Anyone else having this problem?

I initially got the error after getting to char select and choosing a new toon for test copy, that my password was rejected while loadong in and crashed. I tried again and got into Gorowyn and tried zoning to lavastorm then crashed. Finally got into Lavastorm but no froze and had to cntrl alt delete to restart yet again. This is just crazy trying to get into the event.

It is bad enough when it happens on individual servers lag wise as it is and now were to all go onto test copy and it will be better? Please open these up on regular servers, if not for Erollisi event for future ones. This is nutz.

Ack, sorry to hear some missed out. We had about 27 people there, so there were definitely some able to log in just fine.

There weren't any special items, and since it was on Test Copy, nothing anyone could take back to their main server, anyway. Just socializing and hanging out, really.

In the future, now that the merges are complete, I hope to go back to more individual server parties. Back when Kiara was CM, she had me to help out so we shared hosting EQII parties. Now I'm CM and no one took over my old position, so I'm doing it all by myself. Trying to hit 22 or more servers for an hour each adds up when there's only 40 hours in a week to get everything done. SMILEY At least we're down to about 14 now.
