When zoning your raid into palace it zones you into multiple instances of it as of today.  Please revert the change! SMILEY

Same here, had about 12 different instances going, and those that were in the same one still couldn't see/target each other.

It is definitely broken on Nagafen. People get thrown into different instances even if some are reset and some arent. Fix needed.

BROKEN! Why you felt the need to change it from a raid-wide zone in to a "each person clicks themselves in" anyway, I have no idea. Raid-wide zone ins have been notoriously better for creating bug-free zone ins. No sitting around waiting for ONE person to zone in to make sure we don't get "expired" fresh zones.... frustrating.

Okay so explain to me why they needed to supposedly "fix" the zone in from the previous GU? It was working fine and now it's totally broken, thanks a lot, now change it back asap!

Happened to us to last night.  We ended up leaving and waiting a half hour.  Then we had some people zone in who had the timer and vet called all who didnt.  Took forever and pretty much ruined our raid night.  Good job with QA before pushing changes live Sony.

Yep, we had 3 people with this issue last night as well. We had to go elsewhere while their timers cleared and then use vet calls to get them in.

This also occured on Mistmoore last night. Instead of 4 or 5 instances, though, our group had about 20. haha

Happened to us last night as well.  We had to change our plans and do a different zone.

How has this not gotten a response yet? This is a major issue that deserves immediate attention and a hotfix this week! We should not be out one entire raid zone because you didn't bother to properly test a fix no one asked for.

Hey all,

Really sorry about the delay in a response. I am testing the fix for this right now. My apologies for the inconvenience.

I will be shocked if they hotfix this in before next week's hotfix... I will be HAPPY, but shocked.

I have to agree with this.  The 'zone everybody in automatically' tends to be a lot less buggy than the 'one person zones in at a time' kind of zone ins.  Why not have Palace be a 'somebody has zoned your group/raid in' kind of zone in?

For easy-to-get-to zones like PoRT, I actually prefer individual zone-ins provided they work properly. The reason is that it lets someone check to see if its a good instance (instead of the already-expired instance bug) before everyone else zones in, otherwise you have to wait for everyone to get kicked back out.

Now if the expired instance bug wasn't there, full raid pull-ins would be best. But given how many years that bug has been around and it still crops up every week or so I'm satisfied with single click zone ins.

I do like how they made the PoRT zone (and erudin group zones) in an instant thing rather than flying off into the distance.

Labs raid instance has had no problems so why not use the same coding as that zone in? Zonewide and raidwide zone-ins have a better history of working. I mean I've seen no issues concerning Underfoot Depths even. Also when should we be expecting this fix to hit live servers?

So they finally adjusted T9 zones to match T5 zones, where your raid is also spread over multiple zones? Awesome SMILEY

My guild immediately clicked on the station cash button to see if there was an item to buy with SC to get a good zone. Unfortunately there was not, and we were locked out of pretty much every other SF raid zone FTL.
